Privacy policy.

How information is used for your account, bookings and app features — and how to contact us about your data.

Last updated: 9 October 2026 · App: V Fixmate · Operator: Rovior

V Fixmate is a home services app operated by Rovior for customers in India. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you create an account, request services such as AC service or plumbing, use app features, or contact us. The website notice below also covers rovior.in.

1. Who is responsible for your information?

Rovior operates V Fixmate and is the contact for privacy questions and requests. Our business address is 46-2526, South Bazar, Subregistrar Office, Kannur - 670002, India (IN).

Email: roviorfashion@gmail.com
Phone: +919995342463

2. Information used by the app

The information processed depends on the features you use. It can include:

Account and login information
Your name, email address or phone number, account identifier, and information needed to authenticate your account.
Service requests
Your service address, requested service, booking details, job description, preferences and communications relating to a service.
Location
Approximate or precise device location when you grant access and use a location feature, for example to identify a service address or check nearby service availability.
Photos
Photos you choose to upload or capture for a service request or support enquiry. These can reveal people, property or other personal information in the image.
Online payments
Payment and transaction information needed to process and reconcile a booking, such as the amount, payment status and transaction reference. The payment service you use processes the payment details required for that transaction under its own terms and privacy notice.
Notifications
A device notification token and notification preferences used to deliver app messages, including service and booking updates.
Support and technical information
Information you send to support and technical details generated when using the service, such as IP address, device or app version, and error information needed to investigate an issue and protect service reliability.

Information comes from you, your use of the app, and the service or payment activity connected to your booking. Please upload only information relevant to your request. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full payment credentials to our support inbox.

3. How information is used

Information is used to create and authenticate accounts; arrange and manage service requests; identify the service address; communicate with you and the professional handling your request; process payments, receipts and related enquiries; send notifications; resolve support issues; maintain reliability and security; prevent misuse; and meet applicable record-keeping or legal obligations.

4. Permissions and your choices

  • Location: Used for location-dependent service features when permission is granted. You can change or revoke permission through Android settings.
  • Camera and photos: Used when you take or select an image to upload. Use the device's permission controls to manage access.
  • Notifications: Used for app and booking updates. You can manage notification permission through device settings.

Denying or withdrawing a permission can limit the related feature. Information already submitted may still be needed for an existing booking or retained under the retention rules below. Device permission is separate from any additional consent or disclosure required for a particular feature.

5. When information is shared

Relevant booking and contact information, the service address, and job details or photos may be shared with the service professional handling your request so the work can be arranged and completed. Providers supporting hosting, authentication, location features, payments, notifications or customer support may process information needed for their role.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, to respond to a lawful request, to investigate misuse or fraud, or to establish or defend a legal claim. If the business is transferred or reorganised, relevant information may be transferred subject to appropriate safeguards and any notice required by law.

Third-party payment and other external services may have their own privacy notices. Review those notices when using their services. Your personal information is not made public merely because you create an account or submit a booking.

6. Security

Our approach is to limit access to information to the people and providers who need it for the purposes described here, and to use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. No electronic storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Keep your login details private and contact us promptly if you believe your account or information has been misused.

7. Retention of information

Account and service information is retained while needed to operate your account, fulfil bookings, provide support and carry out the purposes described in this policy. Retention depends on the type of information, whether a booking or dispute remains open, and applicable record-keeping requirements.

Following account deletion, information no longer required for these purposes is deleted or de-identified. Limited transaction, invoice, complaint, dispute, fraud-prevention or compliance records may be retained where necessary. Such records are kept only for the applicable legal retention period, or until the relevant dispute or security matter is resolved, and then deleted or de-identified. We will explain any retention exception relevant to your request.

8. Account deletion and privacy requests

You can request deletion of your V Fixmate account and its associated personal information without reinstalling the app. Email roviorfashion@gmail.com with the subject Account deletion — V Fixmate and the email address or phone number registered to your account. See the account deletion page for the steps.

We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership, but you should never email a password or OTP. Once verified, we will confirm the expected completion time and any records that must be retained. Requests will be handled without unnecessary delay; account verification, ongoing bookings and applicable retention obligations can affect completion.

You can also contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about its use, or withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. We will consider your request under applicable law and explain any restriction. Revoking permissions or uninstalling the app does not by itself delete your account.

9. Minors and information about other people

If you provide information or photographs about another person, make sure you have the authority to do so. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorisation should contact us so we can review and address it.

10. Where information is processed

V Fixmate serves customers across India. Rovior or its service providers may process information in India or in other locations where their infrastructure operates. Where processing involves a transfer to another country, applicable data-protection requirements and appropriate safeguards must be followed.

11. Website privacy notice

The supplied Rovior website introduces our clothing brand and V Fixmate. These HTML pages do not set cookies, run analytics, collect form submissions, or load third-party fonts, photographs or scripts. The logo and website photographs are embedded in the pages.

The website hosting service may process technical information, including IP addresses and access logs, to deliver and protect the site. Any such logging depends on the hosting configuration and provider. Logs should be retained only for the period needed for website delivery, security and applicable legal obligations.

12. Changes and contacting us

We may update this policy as services or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be available on this website with a revised date. Where required, significant changes will be communicated through the app or another appropriate channel. For any privacy concern or request, contact roviorfashion@gmail.com.
